At Rib-X we offer a competitive benefit package that is designed to reward the hard work of our employees and their families. Some of the benefits you will be eligible for on your first day of employment with Rib-X are:

 

  • Health Insurance – We have multiple medical plan options for you and your family to choose from through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of CT. In addition, we offer a prescription drug plan that aims to help manage the costs of prescriptions for your family.

  • Dental Insurance – We offer a comprehensive dental plan that provides both in- and out-of-network coverage.

  • Life and Disability Insurance – In addition to health benefits, Rib-X provides basic life, accidental death and dismemberment, and short- and long-term disability insurance.

  • Time off – Rib-X believes that employees need time away from work to rest and rejuvenate. We offer 15 paid vacation days per year in addition to sick/personal time and 10 company paid holidays per year.

  • 401(k) Plan – Rib-X offers the opportunity to contribute on a pre-tax basis to the Rib-X 401(k) plan which offers multiple investment options.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (Pre-Tax) – You may elect to participate in Healthcare and/or Dependent Care Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account(s). These programs are tax saving vehicles to pay for eligible child care and medical expenses not covered elsewhere.
