Rib-X holds exclusive rights to intellectual property pertaining to high resolution X-ray crystal structures of the large (50S) subunit of the bacterial ribosome for drug development from Yale University. Rib-X owns full commercialization rights to all of its product development and discovery programs, except for the RX-04 program for which worldwide development and commercialization rights were granted to Sanofi.
